Pav Bhaji Recipe:) specially for working women

Pav Bhaji Recipe:)

There are so many ways to try pav  bhaji but am posting this recipe specially for working women!!!

Ok so here i go with the recipe...

Ingredients: Serves 4 to 6 members. 

Preparation time half hour
Utensils Required- Kadai- ---1tsp- a table spoon-- plates------ glass bowl--- knife--cooker----masher---- water jug---- 

Particluars Quantity  instruction
cali flower 500 gm cut medium pc
potato 3 nos cut medium pc
 green freshpeas 150gm
cabbage small 150 gm sheddered
carrot 100 gm  cut small
beetroot 100 gm  cut small
Green chilli 2 nos cut medium pc
Onion  4-5 nos very very small pc
tomato 4 nos medium pc
redchilly powder 1 tsp Nil
dhaniya powder 1tsp Nil
turmeric powder half tsp Nil
cumin seeds 1tsp Nil
Garam masala rqd amt Nil
Salt rqd amt Nil
Capcicum         2 Big      Medium size



Steps 1:

 Pressure cook all this items given below with 500gm water (min 4 whistle) after this allow it to cool down

  • Cali flower
  • potato
  • green fresh peas
  • Cabbage
  • Carrot
  • Beetroot
  • Green chilly

Step 2:

Take a kadai add butter let it get piping Hot ---
Now add Hing (   Asafoetida ) then add cumin seeds now add those onions & capcicum---
allow onion to get semi red color --make sure your gas @ medium---also sprinkle a bit salt --
keep sauteing--- mean while open the pressure cooker and mash those vegetables with masher if it too thick add water and make sure it is in semi thick ---
Now add tomato to same kadai after 1min add all powder----- red chilly--dhaniya---tumeric----salt ----wait no garam masala   we will add that later--- keep sauteing in kadai--- now add those mash veg in to kadai--- mix well----- 2 min later add Garam masala-----add grated Kotamalli(coriander)----and now move your gas to very low ----close with lid--- allow it to cook n allow its aroma to mix well with dish --- now take bread -- or pav----take tawa--- put some ghee ---put that bhaji 1tsp on tawa and now rotate pav on tawa allowing it masala to mix with pav..


Serving tips:

take a glass bowl add bhaji from kadai 
sprinkle butter ,kothamalli, onion , and a small cube of lemon 

Now take that semi roasted pav keep that in plate & serve with tsp.
