Grated Salad| Cabbage & Carrot Salad| Fresh Salads|

 Restaurant type Grated Cabbage & Carrot Salad - A very colorful salad to try : Vegetarian  


There are 1000 of benefits of having salad during every meal it help us to supply nutriutions to our body specially during summer, it also help us to stay cool because of it nature. so let me tell you how to prepare a fresh and easy healthy cabbage & Carrot salad in minutes.

Ingredients:
  • Grated Cabbage---- 1 big size
  • Grated Carrots -----4 nos
  • Lemon ---- 1 full
  • black salt --- you must always use black salt for salad 
  • Coriander --- a bit properly chopped
  • Pudina ---- A bit fine chopped
  • Cumin seeds powder---- half tsp
  • Olive oil optional 
  • Panner thick grated optional (good source for protein)

Serving 4 to 6 people
Stands for 24 hours

Utensils--- A big glass bowl --- Mixture table spoon --- grating machine ---- Knife--- Plates---- 

Methods: take a bowl add grated cabbage & Carrot ----add salt--add lemon juice---cumin powder----mix well----now add coriander ,Pudina, mix well until you feel its mixed ---- now if u want add optional item or you can keep in freezer for 15 min to taste heaven.

Serve with:
  • Toasted Bread & butter {break fast}
  • Along with food {Lunch or dinner}
